Van Fleet Auctions

Auction is the fastest honest way to find out what a fleet is worth. Vehicles go in front of active trade buyers on a fixed date, with a reserve you agree in advance, and sell at the price the market gives on the day — no negotiation cycle, no chain of offers that fall through.

    How the auction route works

Vehicles are catalogued with description, mileage and condition, given a reserve, and offered in a live sale. Buyers bid against each other rather than against you. Anything unsold is re-entered into a later sale or re-routed to a different buyer group.

    Reserves and control

You set the floor. We recommend a reserve range from recent comparable results and current demand, you confirm it, and nothing sells below it. That keeps the upside of open bidding without the risk of giving stock away.

    • Recommended reserve range per vehicle
    • Your confirmation before anything is offered
    • Unsold lots re-entered rather than dumped

    Timing across a fleet

Large batches are spread across sale dates so identical vehicles don't compete. If you need everything gone by a fixed date, we say up front what that will cost in value terms so the trade-off is your decision, not a surprise.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How long does an auction sale take?

Typically one to three weeks from collection to sale, depending on the sale calendar and how the batch is staged.

What if a van doesn't meet its reserve?

It is re-entered into a later sale, or offered to a different buyer group. You are never obliged to accept a bid below reserve.

    Do you publish bidding data?

No. We publish live stock with reserve pricing only — no bids, bidder counts or bid history.

Can we watch our vehicles sell?

Yes, sales are live and you can follow your lots through the EAMA Group platform.
