End of Contract Vehicle Disposal
When a contract ends, the vehicles bought to service it stop earning on the same day. Whether they were bought outright for a specific client, came off a hire agreement, or are being returned by a subcontractor, the disposal usually has a hard deadline attached to a site handover.
Working to a handover date
Site handovers do not move. We plan collection backwards from the date the vehicles must be off site, including out-of-hours and weekend collections where access is restricted, and confirm each registration as it leaves.
Contract-specific vehicles
Vans specified for one client — racking, refrigeration, welfare conversions, signwriting, telematics — are often assumed to be hard to sell. In trade auctions those specifications frequently attract the buyers who need exactly that build, provided the vehicle is presented to the right sale.
- Racked and converted vehicles marketed on their spec
- Livery and vinyl removal available
- Telematics units removed and returned to you
Closing the paperwork
You get a per-vehicle record of collection, sale and settlement, which is usually what the contract close-out file needs. Finance settlements are handled directly with the funder where a vehicle is still on agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions
The vehicles must be off site by a fixed date — can you meet it?
In most cases yes, including weekend collections. Tell us the date when you send the list and we'll confirm before you commit.
Do you remove signwriting?
Yes, livery removal can be arranged as part of the disposal and generally improves the sale result.
What about racking and conversions?
Leave them in unless you need them. Specified vehicles often sell better to buyers who need that exact build.
Can you deal with the leasing company directly?
Yes, where a vehicle is on finance we work with the funder and settlement figure directly.
